Keynote Theater 1
Being able to withstand and recover from natural disasters is a core function of a modernized energy grid. By bringing together experts from government, industry, and other stakeholders, the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, Emergency Response (CESER) fosters partnerships and cooperation to address complex energy security challenges, protect critical energy assets against cyber threats, and coordinating emergency response efforts during natural disasters and other emergencies. Through research, analysis, and technical expertise, CESER develops and implements strategies, policies, and technologies to strengthen the security and resilience of our energy infrastructure. Principal Deputy Director for CESER, Lili Colon, will share her expertise on ensuring the reliable and secure delivery of energy resources to meet the needs of consumers, businesses, and communities.
