Director Andrew Donawa is a highly skilled professional with extensive expertise in emergency management, emergency medical planning, and strategic program development. Throughout his career, Mr. Donawa has consistently demonstrated exceptional capabilities in managing emergency operations, logistics, and budgets within government agencies.

Director Donawa’s career in emergency services began as a volunteer with a local rescue squad in North Carolina. His unwavering dedication and hard work allowed him to rise through the ranks, leading to his transition into the emergency management sector, where he provided vital crisis interventions for first responders.

In addition to his hands-on experience, Director Donawa has served as the Emergency Response Manager for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan’s Purse, where he effectively acted as the key liaison between these organizations and federal agencies.

His professional background includes significant contributions to a Department of Homeland Security task force, during which he was deployed to various emergencies across the nation, addressing line-of-duty deaths, civil unrest incidents, and responding to both natural and man-made disasters.
