Andrew R. Fossa is the Emergency Management Director for Pasco County, FL, with seven plus years of expereience.  He has many years of experience working with disasters, coming to this position with 29+ years in Fire Rescue; moving up from a Firefighter/EMT through the ranks to retire as Deputy Chief of Administration. 

His goals for Pasco’s Emergency Management Division are to continue being the top ranked EM Division in the State, increase mitigation and grant funding on both the State and Federal levels to make Pasco a safer and more resilient community, and to continue helping other communities in their times of need through the State’s All-Hazard Incident Management Team.
