Bobby Tinsley is an entrepreneur, investor, author, and former international recording artist, music producer, and songwriter. He has a diverse skill set and background which includes expertise in marketing, organizational culture and performance enhancement, sales leadership, distributed ledger technology, and partnership development.

He is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SKUx – a fintech payments innovator on a mission to unlock value with every transaction. With mobile phones, bar codes, virtual cards, and app-based payments now ubiquitous tools of commerce, SKUx is enabling brands to deliver personalized, seamless, and impactful buying experiences that drive loyalty, financial inclusion, and wellness. The multi-patented SKUx platform is enabling the shift to trusted and universal item-level payment acceptance and engagement for the world’s largest companies.

Prior to SKUx, an experimenter and entrepreneur, Bobby’s curiosity and energy for business began early in his career as a music recording artist and led to him achieving several charting singles. In 2005, he became one of the few artists in U.S. history to have an R&B-themed song chart on the Top-40 Christian Music Pop charts. These accomplishments led to broader work within the music and entertainment industry, specifically licensing content for television and film and dealing in public relations and celebrity representation. Bobby has negotiated licensing agreements with well-known publishers such as Sony Pictures Entertainment, and advertising agreements with the largest REITs in North America, including Simon Property Group, Westfield Group, and Brookfield Properties Retail Group to name just a few. 

Bobby thinks outside the box and is the author of the book “The Difference – You Can Change the World.” This deep desire to make a difference and see others succeed is reflected in his charity, founding with his wife Jessica a family-based, non-profit mission for impoverished women and children: Uganda, Anchor Love Mission. Bobby has worked extensively with Children’s Miracle Network hospitals on various charitable support programs and also served on the board of Love Our City, Tampa to empower urban families to self-sustainability and success. 

Bobby lives in Bradenton, FL with his wife Jessica.
