Jamie, the Director of Real-Time and DFR Consulting at Flock Safety, has served over 30 years in law enforcement in a variety of specialties,
including communications, emergency management, and 5.5 years building and managing Elk Grove Police Department’s Real-Time Information
Center. Jamie served as the city’s Emergency Manager and was a founding board member of the National Real Time Crime Center Association.

Caity is a Collaborative Policing Strategist at Flock Safety with 10 years of law enforcement experience where she specialized in communications
and emergency management. In addition to supporting the creation of Elk Grove Police Department’s Real-Time Information Center, she
field-deployed as a coordinator of mutual aid operations for the Tubbs & Atlas Fires (2017), Oroville Dam Crisis (2017), and Camp Fire (2018).
