How can you effectively draw attendees to your booth?
Vehicles/ Trailers on your stand:
We have implemented a new booking platform for exhibitors planning to showcase a vehicle or trailer on their booth space to ensure a smooth move in process for all. Please follow the link below to secure your desired time for safe transition of your vehicle/trailer from the loading dock to your booth space. Please note, these times are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Live Demos:
Live Demos can be conducted, providing the venue, appointed H&S officer and the organisers have received necessary documentation, and provided written approval.
Food & Beverage Sampling:
If you are not the Distributor, Manufacturer or Seller of the Food/Beverage you intend to give tasters of, you are not permitted to do so. This is due to venue restrictions, however, the venue offers various options for food & beverage tasters.
Music:
Music can be played within your stand/booth space providing it does not interfere with, or interrupt surrounding exhibitors, seminar theatre’s or the overall execution of the event.
Interactive Activities:
We encourage you to include an interactive activity within your stand/booth space as it is a good opportunity to draw attention from attendees.
Giveaways/Freebies/SWAG:
Giveaways are a fantastic opportunity for brand exposure. Stationary items like pens, erasers, notepads are recommended, with items such as stress balls, caps also being a favourite.
Retail Sales:
Retail Sales are prohibited from taking place on the show floor. You may take B2B, B2C or B2G purchase orders, however no monies can be exchanged on the show floor, this includes cash, credit card or crypto transactions.
