Gerald is a member of the HUD MFHDT (Multifamily Housing Disaster Team) along with 6 others. The MFHDT handles all the US states and US Territories when a Presidential Declared Disaster occurs and includes Individual Assistance under the FEMA PDDs.
His duties include initial property assessments of damages and follow-up assessments/inspections during the periods of repairs/reconstruction.
