About James Sutton

My names is James Sutton, I am currently the Founder and CEO of Talent Source Solutions, Corp. My professional background started in Human Resources and developed into Entrepreneurship and Start-ups. My 1st successful startup (CertaStaff) grew to 200 employees within 7 years and was led to acquisition in 2018.

After which, my vision of the recruitment industry was that of a more outsourcing play along with AI technology to converge into an industry disrupting force. I envisioned a great need for cost reduction and scalability within this industry, which led to the founding of Virtual Employee Services in Jan 2021. Today, Talent Source Solutions, Corporation has been founded, housing a total of 3 companies - Virtual Employee Services, Team 360 Staffing, and Minotaur ATS.

Previously to Entrepreneurship, I served 8 years in the US Army with multiple combat deployments as an Enlisted Soldier and as an Officer, specifically, within the 75th Ranger Regiment and 3rd & 1st Infantry Divisions.

I hold 2 Master Degrees - MBA & Econ from Emory University and Troy State Universities
