About Seconda Hollinger

Emergency Management specialist who is currently serving with DHS. Seconda is a Navy Veteran who has served in the EM field for over 15 years with various assignments from DOD, State and Federal government. She earned a BS in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University and a MA in Disaster & Emergency management from American Military University. She has also held the AEM cetification in the past and is a Certified Business Contuity Practicioner with Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII).
